The ATS Combat Leader Admin Pouch is designed around the "Rite in the Rain" tactical field book (980 and 980T). An excellent field notebook with great tactical resources within for combat leaders, it needed an equally impressive admin pouch to carry it. Our pouch features a generous internal capacity with a small amount of give to allow the carry of objects other than a flat notebook. There is a row of internal 1" elastic with dividers to carry pens, pencils, chemlights, cell-phone, etc. It has a cord tie-down loop on either side of the pouch to secure sensitive or high value items. There is also a flat zippered pocket on the front of the pouch that is perfect for a passport ID, or other credentials that can be accessed without opening the Velcro main lid. It is compatible with any MOLLE platform and made in the USA of the highest quality mil-spec materials.
